Would it be possibe to use Upscaled Textures (png, jpg) to improve the visuals of both games?

I already tried to use TexMod in Dino Crisis 1 Classic REbirth, but something about the addresses is wrong, so wrong textures at the wrong places.

Is there a way not use textures Dino Crisis 1 + 2 ?
